It's part of her retro episode, which reminds me of A. Bourdain in his New York City episode where he's in an old school French restaurant, filled with old timers elegantly ruining their lungs and livers.

Like the simple idea of the crispy toasts that went with her aspicy thing. The edges of the triangular toast were dipped in cold clarified butter and then dipped in parsley or something green so they had buttery green edges. I salivate to this.
